Opportunity 1 starts with an assessment of your personality using a tool which I have found to be quite thorough in its design and interpretation. I hope that you find it useful as well.
It is the Big Five Aspects Scale. Click here for access.
The Big Five Aspects Scale is a comprehensive, open-source 100-item personality measure, which is scored so that you will receive information regarding five major personality traits and their ten aspects. The specialized, personalized report you will receive after completing the process will help you understand your personality in great detail, and aid you substantially in your understanding of others.
Be patient with yourself, and seek the “best” answer for each question. Have fun, knowing that you are creating an image of yourself, for yourself, and an image that is based on your effort, courage, and honesty. How fun is that!
There is no “good” or “bad” personality determination, and that is important to know, just as it is important to be aware of your feelings and thoughts as you go through the WMC program.
TIP: I suggest you keep a journal for yourself to document your process in whatever way you desire. I have found this to be useful to me in more ways than I can count. My journal allows me to be honest with my feelings and thoughts as I go through the process, which enables me to be more receptive to and assertive with the lessons of each opportunity.
Let me know when you are done and have journaled about this step…
…and move on to Opportunity 2!
